Requirements
- Age: 18–30
- Minimum height: 158 cm (female), 165 cm (male)
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
- GCE 'N' Level qualification with Grade 5 in English
Salary
- New crew: SGD 3,600–4,200/month (USD 2,700–3,150) with flying allowances
- Experienced: SGD 4,500–5,800/month (with higher flying hours)
Selection Timeline
Average 21 days to hire. Process includes: document check, group interview, one-on-one interview, role play/scenario test.
Training
4–6 weeks cabin crew training before starting work.
