Ethiopian Airlines offering cabin crew trainee program through Ethiopian Aviation Academy.

Requirements

  • Ethiopian national
  • Grade 12 (old curriculum) or Grade 10 (new curriculum) minimum
  • Height and weight proportional
  • Strong English communication
  • Valid passport
  • Pass medical examination

Training

Offered through Ethiopian Aviation Academy (EAA) in Addis Ababa. Multiple intakes per year.

Process

  1. Submit application via Ethiopian Airlines portal
  2. Written exam
  3. Interview
  4. Medical check
