Emirates is actively hiring cabin crew, based in Dubai, and is holding recruitment events around the world. Events — including Dubai — are currently invitation only: complete an online application to be selected and invited.
Requirements: at least 21 years old; at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm; fluent written and spoken English; minimum high school (Grade 12) education; at least 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience; no visible tattoos in uniform; able to meet UAE employment visa requirements.
Pay (Grade II / Economy): basic salary AED 4,980/month + flying pay AED 69.6/hour (avg 80–100 hrs/month) + overseas meal allowance; approx. average AED 11,244/month (~USD 3,061). Includes shared accommodation, transport and concessional travel.
Training: seven and a half weeks in Dubai.
