Requirements
- Minimum height: 162 cm (5'4") with arm reach of 217 cm on tiptoes
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Fluency in English and Korean with TOEIC score ≥550
- Japanese or Mandarin fluency highly desirable
- Excellent health and physical fitness
- Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills
Training
9-week training program. Advancement to supervisory roles (group leader, part leader, team leader) based on in-flight experience.
