Akasa Air is hiring cabin crew for a Bengaluru base, for both freshers and experienced crew. Applications are open online, with interviews conducted online or at walk-in drives.
Akasa Air is recruiting cabin crew (freshers and experienced) on an accelerated growth trajectory.
Base: Bengaluru. Contract: 5 years (renewable).
Selection: apply online; interviews are conducted online or during walk-in drives. Once shortlisted, the recruitment offer and joining details are shared. Post-selection: pre-employment medical + drug test, psychometric test (MMPI, reimbursed after joining), and DGCA-mandated training.
Pay during training: freshers ₹18,000/month; experienced cabin crew ₹25,000/month. Staff travel benefits during training; accommodation assistance (guest-house tie-ups).
Benefits: unlimited leisure travel on the Akasa network for you and 6 family members (incl. live-in / LGBTQ partners), medical insurance, layover allowance ₹500 (up to 10 hrs), deadhead allowance ₹350/sector, crèche facility, 18 days paid leave + 6 casual + 6 sick.
